letter of exception

AWAA has notified us that we may go ahead and apply now for our second adoption.  We were hoping that would be the outcome of their review of our "letter of exception" so we had the application all ready to send in.  They are now reviewing our app and will let us know "no later than May 26th" whether we are ready to move ahead with this next adoption.  Very exciting!
